PLEASE READ FULLY; Hi I managed to go and pick the watch up from access point today. Quite a big scratch under the bezel that I didn't notice on the photos but overall extremely happy with it 14:47 Please can you send me a photo of the scratch. That should with cape cod pretty much dissapear. Minor fix. When you have five mins, I know it sounds crazy but try rubbing a little tooth past to see if removes the majority of it. If not a jwellers will be ablle to give it a quick polish and i will cover the cost. It will be barely visiable. If not send it back and we will recitify it for you and cover all postage. Was a genueine mistake due to you having 2 addresses, which was rectified and would have been delieverd within the 2-6 days we estimate. Description, 2 stars? I was happy to have the watch back or to amend the issue, you seemed happy? 2 stars? That is very very harsh!!! Especially as you said over all EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! Comunincation 3? How can that be possible, we helped every step of the way and went over and above! Can you return the watch for a full refund as feel pretty bad about all this!
