Appréciation très mitigée , car après avoir fait une offre au vendeur , acceptée par celui ci, et après que j'ai fait parvenir le paiement via le tiers de confiance de Chrono 24 , un message , fort heureusement rapide , m'a informé que la montre n'était plus en sa possession depuis déjà quelque temps , car vendue . Résultat : perte de temps , argent toujours pas remboursé sur mon compte et donc bloqué pour l'instant pour envisager l'achat d'une autre montre Expérience fort désagréable

Disapointing user experience. I received the watch in due time in good cosmetic conditions but in poor working order, as it was running fast by 5 minutes per hour. The package used was nothing more than an plastic enveloppe in which was placed the rather thin original box of the watch without addition of any protecting damping material in a bigger protecting box. I went to my watchmaker at once. It turned out that there was no oil for the spiral, the seal was not correctly placed and there was fingerprints at different places on the inner part of the case and on the caliber. Not exactly what you expect when buying from a 'professional' and specially not from a 'Trusted selller' on chrono24. When I asked for a solution from the seller. I was presented apologies and proposed to send back the watch in order to have them fix the problem, the very same problem they were supposed to have checked for before shipment, as one expect from a profesionnal who is supposed to sell goods in operating conditions. That was it for the commercial solution proposed to solve the problem! No need to say that with the lack of trust and confidence in the seller, I did not send the watch back to them. I prefer to have it taken care of by my watchmaker, a true profesionnal who is following all my watches and whom I trust. At the moment I am still waiting for his quotation. But I guess this will add around 500 EUR to the price I paid for a watch in 'good working order' but that was eventually not in working order.
