After discussing with the seller they sent me an offer that I gladly accepted and I paid the money immediately. One day later the seller informed me that the watch had been sold to another customer, not through Chrono 24 but through their own site. According to the seller themselves they do this to increase margins and avoid Chrono 24 fees. I ended up with my money stuck for a week unable to use them for another watch. This is seriously unprofessional, using Chrono 24 as a showroom and selling through other channels to increase margin, hurting both customers at Chrono 24 and the reputation of Chrono 24.

My comments won’t be a surprise for this seller. Bad communication, had to send few messages to get each time an incomplete answer. Was unable to give me a tracked number for the first shipping which never came to me, second one was the good one, but watch wasn’t at all as expected for the price, official service card (sold with the watch) was missing, bill and warranty card mentionned à wrong reference. I could ship back the watch but really feared about never getting my money back, so I kept it. I still didn’t get the Rolex service card nore the warranty one, more than a month after dealing. Disappointed from beginning to the end, without saying about the « free » Rolex box, offered to apologize, which appears to be a fake one... Get away.
