I don't recommend this dealer because he sold me a fake Bell & Ross 03-94 Chronograph. In a few lines I will try to resume the entire adventure. I bought the watch (28/02/2022) and received it 3 days later, very well packaged, the watch, the guarantee card and the tools matched the photos of the announce. To give it a start I wind it up, after a few rounds the watch starts to offer resistance on the wind and didn't started. I communicate right away the problem to the dealer and to Chrono24. Chrono24 sent me an email saying that the money will be captive till the problem is solved. Because the watch was under "warranty" we agreed (dealer and me) to send the watch to the brand. I went to a representative dealer and he send the watch to Bell & Ross. After a few days I received a call from the store saying that the watch is fake and that the brand will send the watch to the store and keep the warranty card because the watch is fake. I called the brand in order to get a certificate from them proving the watch is fake. They send me an email explaining that I need to send the watch back to be destroyed if I want to get the certificate. The dealer didn't agree so I send the watch to Chrono24. Chrono24 attested that the watch is fake. With this we are in more than one month of mails, phone calls, messages... After attesting that the watch is fake Chrono24 sent the watch to the dealer because the dealer thinks that I may have switch the watch by a fake one. It doesn't make any sense to me. Meanwhile through the process, the money was unlocked and sent to the dealer. Today (15/04/2022) I don't have my money back (€ for the watch + 21% on taxes over the total value), no watch and I am depending on the evaluation of the dealer that sold me a fake watch to get the money back. For me, the worst thing in this process, after getting a fake watch is the behavior of the dealer, never gave the benefit of doubt. The problem was always me, I wind it up to much, I changed the bracelet, I did this, that... defending him self that he has done all the processes correctly and always 100% secure of is integrity as a dealer. Well, it doesn't matter because the watch is fake. I kept all the emails, photos of the product I received, photos of the announce to prove that what I received is indeed a fake watch. Just really hope to get my money back. After this experience, well, I leave the conclusions for the reader. Regards

This is an on going issue as I believe there to be some fowl play. The watch was as new, tested before leaving us. On arrival 48 hrs later it wasn't working? Customer over wound it and sent me video of an identical watch being over wound. I suggested he either send it back or take it to a watch makers for them to have a quick look. They suggested leave it to unwind for a few days. It unfortunately didn't fix itself! Watch was only 18 months old so was under warranty, as new. He went to a local watch boutique who said they posted it and Bell & Ross came back saying it was fake. I have had nothing in writing from Bell & Ross and also the Boutique, after various emails. Documents which the customer gave me didn't even have the serial number, suggesting that in fact his documentation was false. Also they kept the warranty card? Funny? One may think there might have been a swap of watches. Still to this day nothing, just copies of emails from the customer which I had to chase and chase as he was reluctant to give them to me. I don't understand why as I was trying to help and conclude the issue. I then suggested he send the watch to Chrono24 as I wanted to get them involved. They verified that the watch they received was in fact counterfeit, was the the watch I posted?? This however took places weeks after the initial event. In the meantime the customer was refunded and I'm waiting on the watch to be returned to be inspected with Bell & Ross in London. We document all of our watch, with videos and photo's and something doesn't add up here. The customer was not helpful in the investigation and was judging my character. We are not in the business to sell counterfeit items. If I find there to be fowl play I have already opened a case with local police and EU trading standards. I will be updating this feed.... The dealer and his associate are gentlemen and would have gotten all 5 stars, but for an error with the watch bracelet that they eventually corrected, taking full responsibility and issuing a partial refund. The Speedmaster I bought from them, which I love, was authentic and otherwise in great condition. Thank you.

Varan blev lite försenad och jag fick kontakta UPS i Sverige som sa att de saknade en Export Invoice. Jag meddelade detta till försäljaren Philip och han ordnade detta. Jag mailade honom ett antal gånger och fick svar på det jag önskade.
